Tvoya Teacher
A custom CRM that turned a solo teacher into a growing school
client
Tvoya Teacher — English language school
timeline
3 months
scope
Research, UX/UI design, custom CRM development on Vanilla JS + Next.js with database
result
A school that grew to 20+ individual students and 3 group classes, managed entirely through one platform.
The challenge
The client came to us wanting a simple teacher journal. They didn't know exactly what they needed — just that tracking students on paper wasn't working anymore. We proposed a comprehensive solution: not just a journal, but a full CRM with three account types that covers the entire teaching workflow.
Research & Discovery
Competitor analysis
Studied existing CRM solutions for education. Found that most are either too generic or too complex for a small language school.
User & audience research
Built user portraits for three roles — school admin, teacher, and student. Mapped their daily workflows and pain points.
Customer journey
Mapped the full journey from student registration through lesson scheduling, homework, grading, and attendance tracking.
Our approach
01
Research & strategy
Defined the mission, vision, and product scope. Identified what each user role needs and how the system should connect them all.
02
UX/UI design
Designed a bright, logical interface that the client loved immediately. Three account types, each with its own dashboard and functionality.
03
Custom development
Built the platform from scratch on Vanilla JS + Next.js. Custom database for students, teachers, schedules, grades, attendance, homework, and learning materials.
04
Delivery & growth
Delivered a complete CRM that handles scheduling, homework assignments, grading, attendance, and learning materials — all in one place.
