The challenge
The team behind Ragnarock didn't want another generic store on Horoshop. They needed something that matched the weight of their brand — professional, distinctive, built specifically for their audience. They came to us with a logo and a mission, but no digital infrastructure.
Research & Discovery
Competitor analysis
Studied the competitive landscape in Ukrainian military merchandise to understand what works, what doesn't, and where the gaps are.
Brand foundations
Defined the brand's mission, vision, and values. Who they are, what they stand for, and how that translates into every visual and verbal touchpoint.
User research
Built a detailed user portrait and mapped the full customer journey — from first discovery to repeat purchase. Studied the product line to understand what drives buying decisions.

Brand identity
Refined the existing logo and built a complete visual system around it — typography, color palette, tone of voice, brand guidelines. Small changes to the logo, but they made a big difference.

UX/UI design
Designed the entire store experience from scratch. Every screen, every interaction — built around conversion and the brand's military aesthetic.

Custom development
Built a fully custom e-commerce platform with code — no templates, no page builders. Includes an admin panel for managing orders, products, inventory, and customer data.

Launch & ongoing support
Launched the store and continue working with the team to this day. Quick response times, constant improvements, and a partnership that keeps growing.
